Motorcycle enthusiast and pastor, Mike Haseltine says he's a "dirtball saved by grace." His message and vision of Christ to the church has broken stereotypes for over thirty years..and in the same town he once bought and sold drugs!
Besides loving motorcycles, Pastor Mike is enthusiastic about cars and anything else that goes fast! Even his wife Orleen, who serves as women's director at Maranatha, has taken part in racing cars, at 100 miles an hour!
Mike and Orleen, married in 1980, have four children between the ages of 24 - 29 and they have four grandchildren.
Haseltine has served for over 15 years as Presbyter for the Minnesota District Council of the Assemblies of God. This position gives him the opportunity to work with other pastors and ministry leaders. While most ministers are being challenged to think outside the box, Haseltine doesn't know there is a box! "I encourage leaders to realize we have not been called 'to do church', we've been called to reach the lost", says Haseltine.
