Dr. Greg Coulter is an associate professor of philosophy at the University of St. Thomas. Now in his 29th year at UST, he received his MA and PhD in philosophy from the Center for Thomistic Studies in Houston, Texas. At St. Thomas, Dr. Coulter has served as director of graduate programs and department chair in Catholic Studies as well as program director for the interdisciplinary Renaissance program. From the Aquinas Scholars Program he has received the Professor of the Year award four times.
An author of numerous articles in philosophy of religion, philosophical anthropology, and ethics, he joins AOTM as a break from his current sabbatical project, a book with the working title, Philosophy for the Reasonably Intelligent Reader. He is married and the father of four children.
