"The Dictatorship of Relativism" - How Catholic Men can respond to the death of logic
5/14/2013
Internationally renown speaker Raymond deSouza will be our speaker this Tuesday May 14th.  Raymond is on a crusade to bring souls to Christ by explaining and defending our beautiful Catholic Faith!  He is not just interested in Catholic intellectual entertainment he is a man of action. He comes with practical suggestions of how to fight for the faith under the tyranny of relativism.  How do you respond to those around us who only shout back at us, not with logical arguments but only with angry rhetoric? We at the AOTM are always getting asked:  "Well what can I do?  How do I respond?" Well, here is your chance to learn how.   Now it is not easy to argue with those outside the Church but what about arguing with those inside the Church.  For as we know the church of "Nice" (as Michael Voris from "Church Militant TV puts it) does not like Catholics speaking about the truths of the Faith.  The Catholic Faith seems down right offensive and arrogant to most Protestants and especially the poorly catechized Catholic.  They always state that we are being so offensive and uncharitable.  Are we?  I do not think so!  How do Catholic apologists address these charges?  Secondly, how do you motivate men to at least come out and begin to learn their faith so they can defend it?  Well, I will leave the first question for Raymond to answer but as for motivating men, I say bust out the cigars, pour the beer and serve up the pork for starters!

Our cigar event begins at 3pm!

We will have beer and apps for all the smokers as well. Do not worry if it is raining we have rented a large tent to keeps the festivities rolling.  This is a real tent not the wimpy tents we had last year. The rest of the event will play out according to the usual schedule. (See usual schedule below) We ask a good will offering for the cigars to help cover the extra costs of this special event (cigars and tent).
