"Will there be a Honeymoon?" Life after the Marriage Amendment. 5/8/2012

Many good Catholics these days say we should all be out fighting to pass the Marriage Amendment this coming November.  But why? Why is marriage so important as to require a constitutional amendment to protect it?  And what about homosexuals? Don’t they have the right to get married too?

There’s a civil war brewing in this country, and Catholic men must learn how to give the right answers to key questions:

1)     Why must marriage be just for one man and one woman?

2)     What happens if reasoned debate does not work, and the vote doesn’t go the Catholic way in November?

3)     Will Catholic men accept a new definition of marriage that will include two men, two women?

4)     What happens to Catholic priests who refuse to marry homosexual couples?

5)     Is the defense of marriage a hill we Catholic men are willing to die on?

We at the AOTM believe it’s imperative for Catholic men to probe deeper into this issue and to look into the ramifications of what it means to us, to our families, to our children and to our way of life as Christian Americans  if we lose in November.  And even if we win is the battle for the family over, or will the war have just begun?

If you think you can just sit this one out, you need to think again!

Christian America needs all her sons and we must learn how to fight effectively!

Join Jason Adkins, Michael Matt and Father Echert at the next AOTM where we'll premiere a new forum and a panel discussion on all these questions.  Our new forum resembles a panel on Fox News, where the debaters will have to be more spontaneous.  There will be no "scripted" responses, nor will there be designated time frames. The honeymoon is over for these veterans of the AOTM.  How will they fare when we turn up the heat?  Come to the Argument of the Month and find out!

Join us for a smoke!
